Free hardware diagnostic tests are performed on all computers serviced. If computer components fail this testing, the customer is contacted and a further course of action is discussed. If no repair is requested, there is no " bench fee " charged.

30 day warranty on all service. If the customer is unsatisfied, or they have other issues during the first 30 days, simply return for further service. NO CHARGE ( does not include hardware failures )
